The WF-NRGM200 series is a single-photon detector module independently developed by our company. It can be used to detect single-photon level signals or weak signals. The device uses an indium gallium arsenide avalanche photodiode as the photosensitive element, and employs various technologies such as gated driving and dead-time suppression to achieve low dark counts and afterpulsing, reaching an internationally leading level.
