Product Introduction
The WF-NRGM200 series is a single-photon detector module independently developed by our company. It can be used to detect single-photon level signals or weak signals. The device uses an indium gallium arsenide avalanche photodiode as the photosensitive element, and employs various technologies such as gated driving and dead-time suppression to achieve low dark counts and afterpulsing, reaching an internationally leading level. In recent years, it has been widely applied in scientific research fields such as quantum optical measurement and quantum secure communication, becoming a core device for optoelectronic conversion in quantum secure communication.
